Accommodation for hire
We have
accommodation for hire including a well equipped Farmhouse that
sleep eight persons together with caravans and chalets that
sleep six persons. In the caravans and Farmhouse the kitchens
are equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils and
the bedrooms have duvets and pillows. All that you require to
provide are sheets, pillow cases, towels and other personal
linen.
Detail of Letting Units
Farmhouse
A four bedroom traditional Farmhouse, which sleeps eight, situated in the stable yard at Golden Sunset. This centrally heated house has a modern kitchen, dining room, and lounge with one bedroom downstairs. Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms, toilet, and shower. It is electric throughout which is included in the price. It has its own private fenced garden and we do allow dogs in this property.
Pleasant View / Florida Chalets
Three bed roomed chalets 35' x 20' that sleep six, having superb views overlooking the bay. They afford one double bedroom which is en suite, and two twin bedded rooms. Open plan lounge, kitchen diner with external decking on which are patio table and chairs.
Tyn Y Cae Chalet
As above but much large, affording four bedrooms (two double, two twins) which would accommodate eight persons.
Headland View Apartment
Two bedroom second floor flat having one double and one single bedroom. A 'put you up bed' means it would sleep four. Situated above the Benny public house at the site entrance. Superb views. Accessed up outside fire escape. Not suitable for young children or pets.
Bayview / Coloraro
Six berth three bedroom caravans 12' x 36'. They afford one double and two twin bedded rooms. They have external decking on which are patio table and chairs.
Atlas
10'x35' three bedroom caravan as above but has disabled access via decking and does take a dog.
Dogs are only allowed in the Farmhouse and Atlas caravan at £15 per dog per week. All units except the Atlas caravan have microwaves. All units have colour televisions, and the prices include gas, electricity and VAT.
Conditions of Reservation
All accommodation
is offered subject to being vacant on receipt of being vacant
on receipt of booking details. Bookings can only be accepted
if made on official booking forms.
We do not guarantee that the accommodation will be ready for
you until after 2:00pm and you are requested to kindly vacate
the accommodation before 10:00am on the day of your departure.
A strict ruling is that no accommodation will be allowed to
be used by more people than it is designed to accommodate. No
accommodation will be hired to any person under age of 21years
and are for the families only.
Should you anticipate not being able to arrive by 5:00pm we
would appreciate it if you would kindly let us know in advance
so that arrangements can be made. We realize that a delay may
be unexpected.
Every effort is made to ensure that the accommodation is clean
and tidy for your arrival, and you are expected to leave the
accommodation in the condition you would wish to find it.
Mattresses
and bedding are not to be taken out of the accommodation.
Pets
Dogs are
allowed in designated accommodation but only one per unit and
they must be kept properly controlled. They must also be kept
on a lead at all times whilst on the site.
A
pet is not to be left unattended in the accommodation.
Cancellation of Reservation
50% of the
deposit money will be refunded provided that notice of cancellation
is given in witting twenty one days prior to the date of arrival.

How
to find us…
Anglesey
is very easy to get to, especially by the M56 and A55 Expressway
from Chester, Liverpool and Manchester.
Simply cross
the Britannia Bridge onto Anglesey and follow signs for “Benllech”
and “Amlwch” on the A5025 for about 8 miles, passing
through “Pentraeth” (Esso garage on your left).
Pass the Texaco garage in Benllech on your left, turn right and then immediately left into Caravan park (Not for campers and touring caravans!).
